Benefits:
- $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on experience and demonstrated skills
- Uniform provided
- 10 days of vacation after completion of 1 year of continuous service. Additional 5 days after 5th year of service, etc
- Accrue 1 day of PTO (paid time off) every 60 days of employment to a maximum of 6 days

Technician Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude – knowledge of commercial trailers and related systems (electrical, air, hydraulic)
- Familiar with DOT standards for commercial trailers
- Skilled at fabricating, welding, and working with various types of metal
- Team-oriented
- Physically capable of lifting 40 to 50 pounds
