Propelled by Randall Reilly is hiring for a well-established partner in the metro Maryland area. They are in need of agriculture service technicians with skills working on earth moving equipment, a plus if your experience is working on the Bobcat brand.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize company software to inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on compact construction equipment.

Provide the Service Manager with an accurate parts list and labor time needed when a quote is requested for service.

Complete quality repairs in a timely fashion and fill-out all details for each job once done.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience with compact equipment required.

Knowledge of tier 4 engines and high-pressure common rail systems.

Must be able to repair multiple machines at one time; in some cases, a technician will be assigned two or more machines to repair.

Ability to diagnose electrical and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Ability to read and interpret specifications and manuals.

Understand and efficiently complete service-related paperwork.

Excellent communication skills.

Basic computer skills.

OTHER

Required schedule: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (no weekends). Daily 30 minutes unpaid for lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks. All hours over 40 in the work-week will be overtime pay.
Our client provides specialty tools specific to the Bobcat brand. Technicians are required to provide all other tools.
