Lead Service Technician

In this role, you will oversee and perform a variety of repairs and modifications on modular buildings, including framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear maintenance. Lead Service Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of carpentry experience
- Additional experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or welding (a plus)
