Mid-Atlantic Truck & Equipment is Hiring Diesel and Hydraulic Technicians

Clinton, MD | Hampton, VA | Richmond, VA | Chesapeake, VA

    • Up to $42/hour (based on location and experience)
    • Sign-On Bonus ($1500-$2500 depending on location and experience)

Diesel Mechanic Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with hydraulic pumps and diesel engine repair
  • Hands-on expertise with hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses
  • Skilled in MIG and stick welding
  • Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting
  • Diesel engine repair experience is a plus
  • Must have your own tools and be confident using them
  • Valid driver?s license required; Class A or B CDL is a bonus

 

Industrial Equipment Technician Requirements

  • At least 3 years of industrial equipment repair experience
  • Mechanical aptitude: Natural knack for understanding and working with mechanical systems.
  • Valid driver?s license: Maintaining a current license and safe driving record for operating company vehicles.
  • Mechanical proficiency: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for mechanical tasks.
  • Welding and cutting experience: Prior involvement in basic welding, cutting, and layout operations for repairs.
  • Willingness to pass a DOT physical exam for safety compliance.
